Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating client systems, spreadsheets, and internal systems, as well as identifying and resolving errors or discrepancies. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update client systems, spreadsheets, and internal systems

  • Review data for errors or missing information, resolve incompatibilities, and verify output
  • Organize and maintain files to ensure accurate record-keeping and quick data access
  • Schedule regular audits to ensure data correctness and record discrepancies
  • Communicate with groups or supervisors as needed to resolve issues or provide clarification
  • Meet precise data entry targets on a daily or weekly basis
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; further college credits an added bonus

  • At least one year of experience in administrative work or data entry
  • Skilled typist with experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (45 WPM minimum required)
  • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively, pay close attention to detail, and solve problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
