Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
