Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve their issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving their issues
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide customers with information and solutions to their problems
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
