Job Summary
As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Setting appointments and meeting with clients to discuss their insurance needs
- Working with our warm lead system to connect with qualified buyers
- Collaborating with our team to achieve sales goals and objectives

- Must reside in the USA
- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate

- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we'll assist in obtaining)
