Job Description As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent Customer Care and Focus: Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
• Manage Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
• Learn and Follow Procedures: Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
• Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals.
• Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes.
• Upsell and Schedule Appointments: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms.
• Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience.
