Key Responsibilities

* Design and deliver virtual training sessions using Webex and other cutting-edge technology

• Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients
• Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement virtual training programs
• Conduct pre-session preparation, including testing audio/video settings, setting clear expectations for participation, and assigning co-hosts to help manage logistics
• Utilize engagement techniques, such as encouraging chat and reactions, leveraging the "Raise Hand" feature for structured discussions, and using screen sharing and annotation tools to highlight key points
• Facilitate virtual workshops, including welcoming participants, setting ground rules, and engaging participants through chat, reactions, and other interactive methods
• Provide in-session support, including managing audio and video, monitoring chat and Q&A, and encouraging participant engagement
• Work closely with our team of experts to develop and implement virtual training programs
• Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the virtual training experience

Pre-Session Preparation
