Job Summary

As a Customer Care Specialist II, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and SMS, providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries

  • Identify client needs, research issues, and provide alternatives to meet their requirements
  • Meet and/or exceed quality guidelines and key performance criteria, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests and drive business growth
  • Effectively communicate how to use our customer-facing tools, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization
  • Perform other tasks and duties as requested by management, contributing to the success of our team

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or contact center environments
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry and/or logistics preferred
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
