Job Overview
As a remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
* Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
Requirements
* Resident Property & Casualty license (required)
- Resident Life and Health license (required)
- Must be able to obtain non-resident AL, FL, GA, SC, and TN licenses (required)
