Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Mail Processing Associate, you will play a critical role in providing prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via email and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat channels
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Documenting all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Identifying and reporting trends in customer issues to help improve service and product offerings
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support
  • Adhering to company procedures and privacy policies at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or remote setting
