Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Web Content Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Data Entry:
Accurately input and update new parts, part numbers, and other related product information into the website's database, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
Content Management:
Ensure that all product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications, are properly formatted and up-to-date on the website, providing a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Photoshop Editing:
Use Photoshop to create or edit product images for the website, ensuring high-quality visuals and consistency with branding guidelines.
Website Maintenance:
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that content is optimized for web performance and user experience, providing a fast and efficient online shopping experience for customers.
Sage Software (MAS) Management:
Work with Sage software to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure the integration of product data into the website, streamlining our e-commerce operations and improving customer satisfaction.
BigCommerce Management:
Upload and manage products and product information on BigCommerce, ensuring a smooth and consistent online shopping experience for customers.
Collaboration:

Essential Qualifications
