Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
