Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
