Quality Inspector

Perform thorough inspections on 3M products to ensure they meet quality standards set by the company. Identify any potential quality issues and report them to the appropriate team members for resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections and findings. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality control processes and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to accurately assess product quality. Communicate with suppliers to address any quality concerns or issues. Train and mentor new quality inspectors to ensure consistency and accuracy in inspections. Continuously monitor and improve the quality control process to enhance product quality and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing inspections. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to product quality. Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for process optimization. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing 3M to customers and suppliers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any quality-related customer complaints. Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control initiatives and procedures.
