We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining strong compliance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations and waiver program standards.We are building a strong clinical team and are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse who is eager to grow, learn, and develop real-world experience in assessments, care planning, and homecare operations.Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for completing client assessments, developing service plans, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring all care and documentation meet regulatory and company standards.This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career RN seeking hands-on experience in homecare, clinical documentation, and patient assessment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessments & Service PlanningComplete comprehensive RN assessments for all new client admissionsDevelop individualized service plans based on client needs and physician ordersUpdate service plans as client conditions changeSupervisory VisitsConduct routine supervisory visits for PCA and skilled nursing casesEnsure care is delivered according to the service planIdentify and report any changes in client conditionDocumentation & Quality AssuranceReview caregiver task notes daily for accuracy, completeness, and complianceProvide feedback and re-education to staff as neededMaintain organized, audit-ready client recordsCommunication & Care CoordinationCommunicate with Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare providersSubmit required clinical updates for pediatric (GAPP) casesCoordinate with EDWP case managers regarding client careCommunicate all client updates to the RN Case Manager and AdministratorComplianceEnsure adherence to Georgia DCH regulations and waiver program requirementsMaintain timely completion of all required documentation and supervisory visitsWork Schedule & RequirementsPart-time: Up to 25 hours per week based on client censusFlexible weekday scheduleEvery other weekend on-call rotation:Friday off during on-call weekWork Saturday and Sunday as neededMust be available for field visits within service areaPosition is temporarily remote; in-office work will be required in the near future when not in the fieldCompensation$150 per completed comprehensive assessment and service plan$75 per completed supervisory visit$35/hour for administrative and clinical dutiesMileage reimbursement for all field visitsQuarterly performance-based bonus based on compliance, documentation quality, and client satisfactionQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of GeorgiaNew graduates and early-career RNs encouraged to applyStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsWillingness to learn homecare regulations (EDWP, GAPP) and documentation standardsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseWhy Join Myland HomecareGain hands-on experience in RN assessments and service planningLearn real-world homecare operations and complianceFlexible schedule with growth opportunitiesSupportive leadership and training environmentOpportunity to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles
