Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers to resolve issues, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a product and solutions expert, enabling you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
