Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
  • Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
  • Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
  • Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in insurance sales and service, with a Property/Casualty Insurance License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of technical proficiency, with the ability to multi-task in several systems at once
  • A willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • A high level of accountability and reliability

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Property/Casualty Insurance License
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
  • Remote working experience a plus
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
  • Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
  • A hybrid working schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
  • An annual Performance Bonus Potential
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match contributions, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, PTO, corporate holidays, and floating holidays
