Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, utilizing world-class technology to deliver exceptional results.
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries.
  • Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms.
