Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent

The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, while also driving sales growth and revenue. You will be responsible for:

• Providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
• Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert advice
• Sell P&C insurance products to customers, identifying opportunities and presenting solutions that meet their needs
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment

• Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
• Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
• Accountable and reliable

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education

• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
