The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and insurance recommendations to our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide expert advice, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide expert insurance recommendations, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide informed advice and guidance
• Collaborate with our team to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business success
• Meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities and drive business growth

Requirements

* Licensed P&C Agent (Property and Casualty Insurance License)

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Strong technical background, with the ability to multi-task in several systems at once
• Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
• Accountable and reliable, with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
