Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist in our Waveland, MS store. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to policies and procedures
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving growth and revenue
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, ensuring availability and presentation
  • Tint and mix products as needed, to customer specifications
  • Clean store equipment, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to customers and other locations
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and features
  • Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Suggest ways to improve sales, driving growth and revenue

Minimum Requirements:

* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Have at least a High School diploma or GED

  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
