Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to provide personalized insurance solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, working with warm leads, and delivering a seamless client experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism

  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), ensuring you're equipped to provide expert guidance and advice

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
