Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Up-sell products and services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer service software and systems

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
