The Impact You'll Make

As a Bilingual Customer Support & Bookkeeping Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in bridging communication gaps and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming client calls professionally in both English and Spanish
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Maintaining clear communication channels between clients and technicians
  • Providing timely updates and follow-ups
  • Creating and sending accurate quotes and invoices
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Maintaining organized financial records in QuickBooks
  • Processing billing and payments efficiently
  • Coordinating with field technicians for job details
  • Managing scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of all communications
  • Organizing and updating client records
  • Utilizing various communication channels, including phone, email, messaging platforms, and text messages, for efficient coordination
  • Ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions
  • Monitoring and verifying service completion
  • Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Tracking and resolving any discrepancies in billing or service

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills, knowledge, and expertise:

  • Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in creating quotes and managing invoices
  • Demonstrated ability in accounts receivable management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Quick problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks

  • 40 hours per week
  • $7 per hour
