Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations within our arenaflex agency in Ashland, WI. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, supports team efficiency, and maintains our commitment to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will lead by example, take initiative, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As our Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing daily office operations, ensuring workflows and systems run efficiently
  • Supervising administrative staff and coordinating schedules, meetings, and training
  • Supporting onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring SOP adherence
  • Maintaining supply inventory, office equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Overseeing cash/check handling and deposit reconciliation per agency SOP
  • Monitoring ECRM task management and follow-up activities
  • Ensuring agency compliance with arenaflex procedures and documentation standards
  • Leading quality assurance efforts, reviewing client interactions and file accuracy
  • Facilitating a professional, welcoming environment for clients and team members

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in office management or administrative leadership role
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with ECRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital file systems
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge of arenaflex procedures or insurance agency experience is a plus
