Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management systems
