Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and concerns
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain and improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Requirements

* 18 years of age or older

  • Complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Qualifications

* Moderate to Advanced computer skills

  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $15.00 - $16.50, plus performance incentives. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid training, full-time, seasonal role, 401K match, individual coverage HRA (ICHRA), paid time off (PTO), and more.
