Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clerical & Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Elgin, IL. As a key member of our Receivable Operations Lockbox Department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Responsibilities

As a Clerical & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing and entering data into our system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Validating data to ensure its integrity and quality
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or data entry position
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
