As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. You will be the foundation of our daily operations, ensuring customers feel valued and cared for from the moment they call. Key Responsibilities:

* Be the first voice they hear: Handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer questions with professionalism and empathy.

  • Keep things running smoothly: Coordinate with field technicians to assign jobs based on urgency, availability, and service type.
  • Problem-solve on the fly: Use logic, gut instinct, and teamwork to resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Support the team: Communicate clearly with technicians and coworkers, provide accurate updates, and lend a hand wherever needed.
  • Keep it organized: Maintain accurate customer records using our ServiceTitan system.
  • Grow your skills: With time, motivated CSRs may expand into outbound calling and inside sales roles.
  • Go the extra mile: Send follow-ups, thank-you notes, and check in on customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

* Must have experience with home services (plumbing, HVAC, drains) and ServiceTitan is a huge plus.

  • Strong communicator who's confident on the phone and able to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Quick thinker who reads between the lines and knows when to loop in a manager.
  • Reliable team player who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
  • Growth-oriented mindset – we love promoting from within and building long-term careers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
