The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist - Work from Home, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing assistance with orders and accounts, and driving sales and promoting products effectively. You'll work remotely to assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a variety of customer styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
