Job Summary
As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. You'll be responsible for managing urgent orders and emails, processing IV and house stock requests, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities
* Triage and address urgent orders and emails in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage IV and house stock requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Replenish and audit forms, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Follow up and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service and support
- Manage cycle fill management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of prescriptions
- Obtain high-cost approval, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- File and process scripts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work independently, accurately, and efficiently, with minimal supervision
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain knowledge of SIG-Codes, brand name, and generic medications
- Develop and maintain quick typing skills, with accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrate computer literacy, with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS
Qualifications
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the OH Board of Pharmacy
- Previous data entry experience (required for remote candidates)
- Previous experience in pharmacy (desired)
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently
- Multi-tasking and reliable individual
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes
- Quick typing skills
- Computer literate, with knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS
