Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Processor in our Lockbox Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction. You will work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines. Responsibilities

* Perform data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions

• Ensure accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
• Cross-training and provide support in other areas of the department as needed
• Work in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures

Qualifications

* 1 year previous data-entry experience

• Minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• High School Diploma / equivalent
• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Must be able to work in a confidential environment
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Sitting position (100%)
