Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll have the vital role of providing our clients with excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers to effectively determine service needs
- Scheduling appointments for our clients and organizing sales calls
- Dispatching our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issues
- Prioritizing and entering data into our database using your computer skills
- Providing great satisfaction to our community by helping them with essential services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge about computers
