Job Description
As an In-Studio Game Presenter (Live Chat Agent Alternative), you will be responsible for presenting our casino games live on-camera, engaging with players, and providing an exceptional gaming experience. If you have a strong service mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present our casino games live on-camera, interacting with players and providing an exceptional gaming experience
- Engage with players, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our games, rules, and features
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions

* Competitive Compensation: $10.00 + a guaranteed tip of $8.00 ($18 an hour)

Essential Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
Physical Functions:
* Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
