Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing high-volume data entry, including tallying and proofing merchandise order forms. You'll work closely with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry, and provide exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter purchase orders into our system with speed and accuracy

• Coordinate store transfers and ensure timely and accurate data entry
• Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Follow up and resolve any missing information as needed
• Fill in, as needed, for other departments (i.e. receptionist)
• Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry

Required Knowledge & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in a business-related field preferred

• 1-2 years of high-volume data entry experience in an office environment
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
• Familiarity with data entry software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

* High School Graduate or Equivalent
