Job Overview

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate. You'll possess exceptional communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to lend a helping hand. Our agents are the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for individuals who can embody the spirit of aloha and deliver an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate

  • Possess exceptional communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with guests
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease
  • Be willing to lend a helping hand and go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with other agents to ensure seamless operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States (driver's permits and provisional driver's licenses not allowed)
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when checking in guests' bags
  • Ability to accept any work shift awarded
  • Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
  • Ability to fulfill comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting to satisfy company security requirements and obtain various clearances to work at the airport (SIDA, Customs, USPS as applicable)
  • No visible body art. Visible is considered anything seen while wearing a Hawaiian Airlines standard uniform piece (short-sleeved shirt, long-sleeved shirt, or blouse), including but not limited to the neck area and above, any visible areas on hands, or any visible areas while in a crouching position. Covering tattoos with makeup or bandages is not acceptable.
