Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Chemical Plant Maintenance Department

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our chemical plant maintenance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting data from multiple systems, documenting it in SAP, and other Microsoft documents. Responsibilities:

* Collect data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Compare and verify data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors
• Enter data into computer using various data entry devices and keep data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time
• Input lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format
• Prior experience supporting a plant maintenance department is a plus

Qualifications:

* Basic knowledge of SAP

• Experienced with Data Entry
• Close attention to detail a must
• Basic SAP experience, Excel, Outlook
• Prior experience working in a chemical plant or refinery
