Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services, and you'll be expected to develop a deep understanding of their offerings and customer needs. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails

  • Develop a deep understanding of client products and services, as well as customer needs and preferences
  • Resolve customer issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on client products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Schedule and Flexibility

As a remote worker with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, you'll have the ability to choose your own hours and work at your own pace. This flexibility is perfect for individuals who value work-life balance and want to have more control over their schedule.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and the number of phone calls you handle. Typically, contract earnings range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn more by meeting or exceeding customer service metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

As a remote worker with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote worker with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following work environment requirements:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space
  • Organized desk area
  • Ability to work in a home office or dedicated workspace

* arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.

  • Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
  • The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
