Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Schedule and Earnings

We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As an independent contractor, you'll earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

  • A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

  • A quiet, uninterrupted space
  • An organized desk area

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. As an independent contractor, you'll remain responsible for your own taxes and benefits. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
