Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via telephone. You will assist with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations, as well as handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for following policy and procedure guidelines, reviewing customer history as necessary, and documenting information and outcomes as required.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers

• Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized service
• Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient service
• Assist customers with changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues
• Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues
• Document information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. Prior customer service experience is required, and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred. Successful Customer Service Representatives possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products

• Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you will need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications, at a minimum:

• Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above
• Memory: 8GB of RAM
• Hard Drive: 256GB
• Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome
• Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers)
• Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software
• Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
