What does a Data Entry Coordinator do each day at arenaflex?

As a Data Entry Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and processing new business leads promptly in our referral management system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with facility-related information via telephone conversations
  • Processing new business leads promptly in our referral management system
  • Participating in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads
  • Holding yourself accountable for results and displaying a sense of urgency when processing leads
  • Supplying accurate information to the best of your knowledge per the data entry expectation list
  • Being knowledgeable of different payer types across different levels of senior care
  • Performing benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous health care admissions/marketing/sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
