What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll also be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat on websites and social media accounts
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product information and answering questions about our clients' offerings

Contract Length and Rate
