As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Log into our chat system at the start of your scheduled shift and respond promptly to customer queries regarding shipping rates, product availability, and other related topics.
  • Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Log out at the end of your shift and receive daily compensation based on the hours worked.
  • Commit to at least 5 hours per week of work, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
  • Adhere to detailed instructions and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality in your work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to handle social media and website chat functions.
