Job Description

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the not-for-profit organization's scholarship program, connecting with families and schools to address their inquiries, and ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that callers are satisfied and students are registered
  • Collaborate with families and schools to address their needs and resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide empathetic, personable, and compassionate support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with program updates, policies, and procedures to provide informed support to callers

Qualifications:

* At least one year of customer service or call center experience

  • English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering an excellent customer service experience
  • Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
