Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products and services to clients
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
  • Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Assisting in training new staff on customer service protocols as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
