The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex, providing product information, answering questions, and making purchasing decisions. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to think on your feet and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer customer questions and assist them with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email
* Assist customers with making purchasing decisions
* Resolve any customer issues in a timely, upbeat, and friendly manner
* Manually place new orders
* Field customer questions, concerns, and problems
* Maintain a thorough working knowledge of arenaflex's products and relay this information to customers
* Develop rapport with customers
What You'll Need
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* One to two years of customer service experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Professional phone etiquette
* Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)
* Exceptional grammar and punctuation
* Creative problem-solving
* Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Ability to telecommute:
