The Role
As a Remote Data Entry Assistant / Typist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer system or database, verifying the accuracy of the data, and performing related clerical duties. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data processing and entry, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Code and enter data into a computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard
- Correct and update database(s) as needed
- Verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure high-quality results
- Generate routine computer reports and/or printouts as required
- Perform related clerical duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the team
The Qualifiers:
* Education: High School or equivalent
- Experience: 6-12 months of experience in data entry or a related field
- Expertise: General office skills, including keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
