Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participate in online or in-person discussions, depending on the study requirements
- Review and use new products or services before they are launched to the public
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No experience required, but the ability to work independently is essential
Experience
While experience is not necessary, we're looking for individuals who are:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with using digital tools
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
