Job Description
As a Virtual Customer Care Chat Professional, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring online chat forums to ensure that users are adhering to community guidelines
- Resolving issues and escalating as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of chat interactions
- Participating in training and team meetings
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in chat moderation or a related field
