Key Responsibilities: Lead Change Through Collaboration and Compassion Design and Implement Inclusive Strategies • Develop and execute diversity and inclusion frameworks aligned with company goals. • Conduct cultural assessments to identify equity gaps and shape strategic solutions. • Partner with executive leadership to embed inclusive practices across all departments. Educate and Empower the Workforce • Facilitate DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) workshops, training programs, and learning resources. • Foster understanding of implicit bias and how it shapes interactions and decisions through interactive learning modules. • Curate inclusive content and tools that reflect intersectional experiences and support all identities. Cultivate Community and Belonging • Create employee resource groups (ERGs) and safe spaces for underrepresented voices. • Organize virtual events, roundtables, and storytelling initiatives to highlight diverse journeys. • Celebrate heritage months, cultural milestones, and International Days of Global Inclusion. Measure, Report, and Improve • Use diversity metrics to evaluate progress and inform future initiatives. • Maintain transparent reporting dashboards tracking demographic insights, hiring equity, and retention trends. • Collaborate with People Operations and HR on equitable hiring, development, and compensation.
