As a Customer Service Agent, you will be a vital part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, responsible for answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our callers, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access the medication they need. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
  • Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • The ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
  • The ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest and meal breaks
  • A dedicated home workspace that meets arenaflex's required standards
  • The ability to work with a set, pre-determined break and lunch schedule
  • The ability to sit for 6 or more hours per day
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Call center experience
  • Call center experience in the healthcare industry
  • Work from home (remote) experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
